Scotland Group
The Scottish Group holds two quarterly meetings on Sunday to cover general group business. Occasionally, these will be followed by a short presentation from a group member or other professional body of interest to the group.
The remaining quarterly meetings are held on a Monday and incorporate Continuing Professional Development (CPD) sessions covering topics chosen by the group members. Previous training has covered issues such as In-Car Safety, Working with the Media and all aspects of Driver Training. One of these CPD sessions is jointly organised by the Scottish Group and the Scottish Accident Prevention Council (SAPC). Training is based on the needs of our members, however, these sessions are open to Group members, other road safety practitioners, Council Officers and elected members from SAPC.
