2010 AGM Summary
Thank you to all those members who attended this year's Annual General Meeting on 1st July. As predicted the proposed changes created a lot of debate and we are grateful for everyone's contribution. Thank you also to members who voted by proxy on these important issues.

IRSO 2010 Evaluating Road Safety ETP received some glowing feedback from delegates. One delegate wrote, "Every RSO should have been at this conference. I've learnt a huge amount and am excited about the challenge of putting it into place. It'll be a challenge but I now see why it is so important."

As we are all aware the Institute has been facing a considerable challenge over its future direction. Council of Management (CoM), along with co-opted members, has been working to address this since the 2009 AGM.
Your Institute – Your Future
I write this article on behalf of your Council of Management following the 2009 AGM and the Membership Survey. At this meeting it became clear that IRSO could not continue in its current format.
